Binance Labs Invests in GameFi Platform Behind Telegram-Based Web3 Game Catizen

Pluto Studio, the GameFi publishing platform, received an investment from Binance Labs, who introduced the game bot Catizen, which operates on Telegram.

According to the Tuesday announcement, Binance Labs, which will be the main investor in the Pluto Studio, made public that they were leading the investment. The startup will take the money from the investment and direct it into the growth of their platform.

Pluto Studio to Use Funding to Boost Catizen Growth

The provided money is going to be specifically used to help Pluto Studio develop the Catizen mini-app and the game engine. Accordingly, the platform will utilize the investment to join up with more developers.

“It’s really fantastic that the industry leader Binance Labs has decided to fund us. This is yet another indicator that our vision and our belief in our capability to put up the infrastructure which in turn will drive the next generation of Web3 entertaining is correct,” said Ricky Wong, the co-founder of Pluto Studio.

Wong also said that the backing of Binance Labs will enable Pluto Studio “to get Catizen to new heights”.

Catizen’s Traction on Telegram

The Telegram and TON ecosystems were very popular, and they have become even more so lately due to the noticeable success of the projects such as Notcoin and Hamster Kombat that have gone viral.

The Telegram Web3 entertainment economy was formed and grew because of such projects like Catizen which was launched in March this year. Through the staff of the platform visiting the users of Telegram, this gaming bot managed to touch 25 million customers that engaged in the on-chain game with 1.5 millionamong.

Futhermore, Catizen has swayed over 500,000 well-paying clients worldwide sealink the commercial success of the ecosystem.

Future Plans for Pluto Studio
